He has worked with Chef Violet Oon and Chef Tony Khoo, and was the youngest executive chef at the Singapore Turf Club, in charge of creating menus for presidents, royalty and other VIPs. Programme is suitable for ages 12 and above.Please note that this programme includes a refundable deposit. Before purchasing a ticket, please read the following:1. Refundable deposit: As spaces are highly limited, a $2 refundable deposit is collected. This deposit ensures that the volunteers' time is maximised and that all registered participants will attend.
