SHF works with individuals, groups and communities to co-create programmes and offerings. This allows the festival to uncover lesser-known stories and narratives, engender a greater sense of ownership, and empower Singaporeans to safeguard and promote our shared heritage. The inaugural edition of SHF was staged in 2004, and since then, the festival has continued to provide on-site and online experiences with yearly themes that focus on different aspects of Singapore’s heritage.Please take note of the following:- Kindly arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of programme for registration.- All participants, including children, must have a ticket to join this tour.- Participants will need to be ages 7 and above- It is compulsory for a parent/guardian to accompany any child of or under the age of 12.- No walk-ins will be accepted.- No exchange of tickets is allowed under any circumstance except for tour cancellation by organiser.- Please be in comfortable attire and shoes and bring along a bottle of water.- Electronic or printed ticket(s) must be presented in order to join this tour.- All ticket sales are final. There will be no refund if you wish to cancel your tickets.- Parking is not available at the venue.- Please note that the programme requires climbing up stairs - May cause discomfort if you have motion sickness. - Organizer reserves the right to cancel partial or full programme due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will receive a full refund in the case of programme cancellation.- By agreeing to join the tour, each participant shall be responsible for any injury, loss or damage due to carelessness or other actions on their part or that of children under their charge.- Videos and photographs may also be taken during the event.
