Join Ms Ayumi Fujishiro, one of the world’s youngest and Singapore’s youngest Sake Lecturer in a session of sake appreciation.
Here, Ms Ayumi Fujishiro presents her definitive guide to Japan's

She spent three years as an International Kikisake-shi (Sake
Sommelier), and at the age of 28, she pursued her passion in sake to
holds the distinction of a Sake Service Institute Official Lecturer in
2017, a league above the International Kikisake-shi. In her available
times, she will be at HOP, slated to open in June 2018.
