Half-day Camp: The Art of SpeedTuesday, 19 June 2018, 2:00pm to 6:00pm$68.00 per child (Includes admission to the Children’s Centre for Creativity)Special Rate for Play Pass Holders: $54.40 per child For ages 7 to 12We’re bringing back a spin-off to our first hands-on exhibition ‘The Art of Speed’ this June holidays as a half-day camp! Designed for children aged 7 to 12, the half-day camp is centered around STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics). Facilitated by Playeum’s playmakers, children will get to explore the concept of speed and physics through carefully designed activities that encourages them to make their own moving vehicle. Working with recycled materials and electronics such as LED lights, motors, batteries and more, the activities play an emphasis on discovery, experimentation and the importance of process.  Pre-registration required. Please note that tickets once purchased may not be refunded. However, it may be transferred to other programmes of the same value, subject to availability. Tickets may be transferred or reimbursed in full if the camp is cancelled or postponed by Playeum. The camp may be cancelled in event that the number of sign-ups fall below the minimum set.
