Practicing yoga daily helped her recovery process tremendously, both physically and mentally – it helps to alleviate pain and strengthen muscles in order to heal her broken body, even to this day. In 2014 Yoshi completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh Yogpeeth (India) and became a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Since then, she dedicated her life in practicing and teaching yoga. She is passionate in creating her own style yoga. She has been teaching for almost 2 years and she focuses on 3 main aspects which are backbend, arm balance and flexibility.See more crazy strong photos and follow her travel journey here!http://instagram.com/puresun_loverYoshi shows us thats sometimes great things come in tiny packages. You don't need bulky arm and back muscles to get over your fears and fly, you just need the right mindset, to be able to let go of perfection, and just give life a chance :)About Cynthia Wong - A Yogi on a Mission:Cynthia is on a mission to create 1 million inspired moments to empower people to become truly inspired and empowered by our light within. She sees yoga, traveling, and yoga adventure retreats as transformative tools to connect again to ourselves and step into the person we’ve always known we can be. Her passion is creating experiential events as a journey through senses, breath, movement, environment, music, and fun to build conscious communities, together embracing yoga, as well as personal goals and visions.Cynthia’s received 4 yoga certifications in Bali – 200hr Vinyasa Yoga and 20hr Standup Paddleboard Yoga in 2015, 85hr Pre/Postnatal Vinyasa Yoga in 2017, and 200hr Shamanic Yoga & Restorative Yoga in 2018. She believes nothing compares to being in nature, and over the years has taught one-third, or approximately 100 classes, outdoors across 11 cities and islands. While born and raised in Chicago and traveling 59 countries across 7 continents, Cynthia began crafting yoga retreats in the way she likes to travel – through adventure, community, discovering new limits, and giving back. She’s driven by a desire to discover what magic happens when we live with wild abandon, give without expectation, and love without fear.Review on Cynthia’s Yoga Adventure Retreats:"I was lucky enough to join both of Cynthia's yoga retreats in 2017. The one at Perhentian islands in Malaysia was an incredible first intro to Acroyoga at gorgeous beaches. Cynthia and the acro teachers provided a completely safe and comfortable environment to try something new. One of things that makes Cynthia’s retreats special is trying new things - acroyoga, snorkeling to chase turtles and sharks, climbing a volcano at sunrise on Christmas Day, giving back to the volcano refugee camp, SUP yoga, or getting real reflecting on some big questions. And with new friends is so special - many of us still get drinks together in Kuala Lumpur!I practice yoga frequently and at both retreats, I absolutely loved Cynthia’s yoga classes. They’re always dynamic and uplifting, leaving me refreshed, relaxed and very peaceful afterwards. She's such an amazing host, ensuring her retreats are packed with plenty of sightseeing opportunities and group activities, yet she is so open to suggestions and changing plans or yoga styles depending on how the group is feeling and what we need. I would definitely recommend her retreats to anyone looking for an exciting holiday, opportunity to make new friends, or the chance to rejuvenate, recharge our body, mind, and spirit, and have so much fun doing so.”~ Amy Cunningham, Australia
