大会デビューするルーキーのための初心者向け体験会です大きな特徴は何でも相談できる「アドバイザー」がついていること試合を通じて、大会参加のために必要な考え方やマナーをアドバイザーが教えてくれますはじめの一歩はここから！ 概要 Regulations 開催日/会場/形式 Dates/Venue/Format・開催日：2024年2月17日（土）・会場：Chess Center UENO （※）東京都台東区北上野2-11-3-101（地図）日比谷線入谷駅から徒歩7分、銀座線稲荷町駅から徒歩10分、JR上野駅から徒歩13分（※）現在の連盟オフィスを会員が対局可能な「Chess Center UENO」として改装する予定です。詳細は別途お知らせします。・形式：勝ち抜き戦ではなく、参加者全員が試合を行うトーナメント方式の試合を３回行います。持ち時間は15分で1手指すごとに10秒加算。レーティングがつかない非公式戦になります。・組み合わせ：白番と黒番につき、少なくとも各1回は指すことができるように、当日に組合せを作成します。また、できる限り、勝った人どうしまたは負けた人どうしで2局目以降は組合せを作成します。Date: Saturday, February 17, 2024Venue: Chess Center UENO (*)2-11-3-101 Kita-Ueno, Taito-ku, Tokyo (Map)(*) The current office of the federation will be remodeled as "Chess Center UENO" where members can play games. Details will be announced separately.Format: 3 tournament-style games in which all participants play the game, not a winner-take-all format. Time allotted is 15 minutes, with 10 seconds added for each move. No rating will be given.Pairings: Pairings will be made on the day of the tournament so that each white player and black player can play at least once. If there were not enough cancellations to make a spot for players in the waiting list until one week before the tournament, the ticket fee will be returned. An e-mail will be sent to the registered address if participation becomes possible.Registration Period: 18:00 December, 28 2023 (Thu) ~ 23:59 January 31, 2024 (Wed.)スケジュール Schedule2/17（土） February 17 (Saturday)13:00 – 13:15　受付 Check-in13:15　  開会式 Opening Ceremony13:30　1ラウンド開始 Round 114:30　2ラウンド開始 Round 215:30　3ラウンド開始 Round 316:30　閉会式 Closing Ceremonyその他 Othersこのイベントは大会初心者を対象としています。そのため、表彰はありません。事前に「初めてのチェス大会参加の手引き」に目を通すと、当日の流れがイメージしやすくなります。クロックおよびチェスセットは主催者が用意します。棋譜を書く必要はありませんが、書ける人は書いてみましょう。必要であればアドバイザーが書き方の指導もしてくれます。携帯電話等の電子機器は電源を切ってカバンにしまうなど、試合中に身につけてはいけません。試合中は会場の外で所持できませんし、携帯電話などが入ったカバンの持ち出しも禁止します。鳴っただけ、身につけていただけで負けになります。「COVID-19ガイドライン4訂版」を遵守してください。対局のルールは通常の大会と同様とします。ただし、イリーガル・ムーブについてはこの体験会では反則負けにはなりません。会場で撮影した写真を公式サイト、会誌等に使用することがあります。コロナウイルス感染拡大など予測不能な理由により、やむを得ず持ち時間の変更、及び大会開催中止などの場合があります。大会への参加をキャンセルする場合は、japanchess.info@gmail.comにメール連絡してください。申込期間締切8日前までかつ定員に達していない場合は、返金してください。申込期間締切7日前以降または定員に達している場合は、いかなる理由であっても返金しません。個人間で起きたトラブルに関して、日本チェス連盟は一切の責任を負いかねます。This event is intended for beginners. Therefore, there will be no awards.Please read through the "https://japanchess.org/en/top/tournament-faq/" in advance to get an idea of how the event will go.Clocks and chess sets will be provided by the organizer.It is not necessary to write a game record, but if you can write, please do so. If necessary, advisors will be available to teach you how to write.All electronic devices including smartphones, tablets or smartwatches must be turned off and stored away. Players are not allowed to keep it on him/her or take it outside of the venue in a bag. When a player breaks these rules, his/her game shall be immediately lost. It is forbidden for anybody to use a mobile phone or any kind of communication device in the playing venue.All players have to follow the COVID-19 Guidelines 4th Edition.The rules of the game will be the same as for regular tournaments. However, illegal moves will not be considered as a foul in this trial event.Please be advised that photographs will be taken at the event for use on the japanchess.org website, in the press, and other publications.
