We had a great dialogue about issues and inhibitors about women's career advancement in Japan at the first DTD, and about solutions at DTD 2. We started to create Playbook as our corrective outcome - which includes the solutions in three Pillars - New Hire/Mid-Careers, and Parent, Management/Executives. Now at DTD 3, we will share the developed contents of Playbook. We will conducts activities which will help attendees understand the contents and bring them back to their own organizations.We welcome anyone who has interest in this area.
