Join us as we journey through the Kranji farm and discovering the essence of the harvest season.PROGRAMMING HIGHLIGHTS: Participants will be welcomed warmly with a beautifully decorated entrance, fresh sandalwood paste, fragrant rose water, fresh flowes and big smiles! Learn how the traditional pongal dish is prepared made with rice, lentils, jaggery and ghee Celebrate nature by making a colourful rangoli with natural dye extracted from leaves, flowers and roots of the plants found within the farm WHY JOIN?Experience the serenity of rural life and escape the urban hustle for a day. Ideal for families and anyone seeking a hands-on Pongal celebration that goes beyond the city lights! This Farm tour is suitable for children ages 5 years and up. Each ticket admits 1 pax only. PLEASE NOTE:The meeting point to board the bus will be at Indian Heritage Centre. Transport will leave at 10am, please do arrive 15 minutes before. Please wear appropriate shoes and attire and do bring along an umbrella/raincoat, water bottle and an extra pair of clothes. Please do bring along hand towels/wipes, mosquito patch as well as a recyclable carry bag. Snacks and food is not included.
