Let your hair down! It’s time to hit the bottle once again with a night of good wines, friendly people, and fun activities!Let’s gather for one final round of drinks on board, before the year draws to a close. For those who have been ‘sailing along’ with us through the year, Riverboat Wine Voyages has been a great place to learn about wine and make friends with like-minded wine lovers and alcoholics.For those who are new to this series of events, you are most welcome to join this wrap party too! When the wines start flowing, everyone becomes like good, old friends. As the saying goes, wine is better with friends, and friends are better with wine! What To Look Forward To At The Party Free Flow of Wines We have over the last few months quietly stashed away quite a few bottles of wine specially for this event. Sparkling, white, red, and sweet, there’s something for every preference! In addition to these wines, we are anticipate some lovely wines that our fellow voyagers have indicated they will be bringing to share! Wine Presentations Those who bring wines to share at the event will be given a minute or two in the spotlight to share about their bottle of choice! Tell the group what you love about that wine, and hopefully someone will remember it at your next birthday. Fun Quiz As always, there will be a short fun quiz to see who has been paying attention to our wine specialist Akimi Yeo throughout the year, and gleaned some wine knowledge from the events. Nothing serious, just grape fun! And for the winners… more wine of course! Canapes & Light Bites Accompanying the wines of the night will be a selection of canapes and light bites prepared by the Riverboat’s culinary team.
