Come connect with other Silva Method graduates during this free 2-hour graduate meeting. It is a place for graduates to reconnect, get back in touch with their goals, get answers on techniques, share their goals with a supportive group, and find inspiration with other's success stories. We end the session with one of the many meditations - as its always helpful to refresh one of the techniques!  This group is only open to Silva Method graduates.
