Please bring your ID (e.g., Driver's License, passport, student ID, etc.) with your name on it for insurance and security purposes Please arrive and check in 15 minutes before your scheduled session.  Admission may be denied during the event due to the progress of the event. For your safety, please contact us before registering if you have any of the following conditions.-Visually impaired persons-Guide dogs and service dogs (We will provide a waiting space, however you will not be able to experience the tour with your guide dog or service dog.) Only the experience in the dark area will be operated in English. Please note that information prior to admission may be provided by Japanese announcement with using English information sheet. Photos and videos may be taken to document the event. Please note that these photos and videos may appear in publicity materials (SNS, WEB, etc.) after the event. If the event is cancelled due to some urgent circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail by 11:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Clothing We recommend that you wear loose-fitting clothing to enhance the relaxing effect of the darkness.(There is a room for you to get changed. You may bring your own sweatshirt, pants, or T-shirt to change into.) You are required to be barefooted during the event. Please refrain from wearing skirts, pants with tight hems, and clothing that may glow. About your belongingsYou will be asked to enter the dark without any baggage. All valuables, electronic devices, smart phones and  wristwatches that are luminous must be kept inside the lockers while experiencing the event.  Audio and video Recording or picture-taking is not allowed during the event. For baggage check-in, we will inform you at the time of your arrival at the venue. Please be aware that you may be denied entry if you do not abide by the organizer's rules. You are not permitted to experience the event if you are intoxicated, have difficulty in health conditions, or otherwise not feeling well.*This program is not available to those who fall under the following categories in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.  Please understand that we cannot guarantee the safety of the participants. We have decided to "recommend" the wearing of masks, which we have been asking all visitors to do since March 13, 2023, in accordance with the government policy. If you have a medical condition or if it is desirable for all participants to wear masks at the same time, please let us know in the remarks column when making a reservation online or by e-mail. We may ask you to wear a mask during the event. We will disinfect your hands with alcohol and take a simple temperature test at the reception desk. You may not experience the event if you have a temperature of above 37.3 degrees If you are not feeling well on the day of the event, please contact us. We will inform you of any rescheduling arrangements. (Please understand that because the English tour is held irregularly, we might be able to transfer you to only the Japanese tour.)
