During that time, he has taught key food production skills to over 500 students, teachers, parents and business people, secured and managed a project to install an organic garden at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, and grown thousandsof tomatoes and cucumbers, hundreds of lettuces and large quantities of other no-spray vegetables and herbs.
