The session will start with a short meditation to prepare the body and the mind for the practice. Then we proceed to an accessible flow of asanas before ending in a cool down towards assisted savasana and deep relaxation. Pranayama (controlled breathing) is practiced to focus the mind at the beginning of the session and to rebalance at the end of the session.
