Play has been shown to be absolutely vital to the child's development and well-being. Bringing in best practices from the life and work of Dr Emmi pikler, Magda Gerber (founder of RIE), Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Playwork, attendees will learn about the benefits of play, the different stages of play, how to choose the best toys for your child, as well as learn how to set up a cognitively challenging play area in your home.
