She held this role since December 2012 when she relocated from Sydney, Australia, having held the position of Director of Human Resources, The Adecco Group Australia & NZ, since June 2010. Prior to joining The Adecco Group, Victoria spent 12 years with Randstad Australia & New Zealand – her last role being Director of People & Development, based in Sydney. She began her career in the staffing & recruitment sector in 1995 with the Kelly Group in Johannesburg, South Africa.Prof. Kevyn Yong is the Dean of ESSEC Asia-Pacific and Associate Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School. Before joining ESSEC, he was Associate Professor of Management at HEC Paris and also taught courses at Cornell University and the National University of Singapore. He has been recognized for teaching excellence, notably being awarded the Pedagogy Innovation Prize by the HEC Foundation in 2011, and making the Dean's Honor Roll at the S.C. Johnson School of Management at Cornell University in 2005 and 2006. Prof. Yong's expertise includes creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership, particularly design thinking, strategic leadership, and leading change & digital transformation. Prof. Cédomir Nestorovic is Professor of International Marketing & Geopolitics at ESSEC Business School and the Program Director of the ESSEC & Mannheim Executive MBA Asia-Pacific. He has taught at ESSEC for more than 20 years and is also the Academic Co-Director of the MBA program at the Arabian Gulf University, Manama, Bahrain. Prof. Nestorovic's research interests include the Geopolitics of Central and Oriental European countries; International Marketing and Commerce, and Islamic Business and Managment. Prof. Cedomir was awarded "Professor of the Week" by the Financial Times in 2012.
