On the conference day, we can provide English/Japanese interpreters to attend your meeting, however, the number of our interpreters are limited, so please send us a meeting request in advance if an interpreter is needed.   How Do I Purchase My Ticket? Retail Without Borders Tokyo is free admission; however, all delegates are required to register in advance. After you have ordered your ticket, your ticket will be displayed in the Peatix app. On the day of the event you will need to open the app and show your ticket at our reception to be admitted. Please also bring two copies of your business card. One business card will be used as and ID for your ID card holder and the other will be kept for our reference. This conference is exclusive, so competitors and private customers may not be allowed to register for the event.   Are Refreshments Provided At Retail Without Borders And Do You Cater To Attendees With Dietary Restrictions? Refreshments are provided throughout the day at Retail Without Borders. You will be welcomed with a casual lunch, tea and coffee break throughout the day (mid-afternoon) and you are invited to join us for post-conference drinks and snacks. We do our best to cater to all attendees with dietary restrictions so if you have a dietary restriction, please make a note of this when you register for the event or get in touch with one of our team members directly at least one week prior to the event date. On the day of the event, please ask the catering staff for your your requested meal and refreshment, which will be set aside. Is There Somewhere I Can Securely Leave My Belongings At Retail Without Borders? Unfortunately there is no cloakroom at the event venue, BELLESALLE KUDAN. We take no liability for loss of articles so please secure all of your belongings by your self. Coin lockers are available throughout Japan in main rail and subway stations, and provide great convenience and security for business travelers. Do I Have To Attend Retail Without Borders All Day? Retail Without Borders is an all-day conference. In order to get the most out of the event we recommend attending all-day.
