It's such an iconic location for great energy and community. Yoyogi Park is next to the Meiji Shrine. It is famous for the Shinto religion and the name Meiji comes from an emperor. We can feel great energy from them during class. It's also famous as a power spot among Japanese women and an iconic cultural part of the city. Harajuku and Omotesando are two of the more trendy areas in Tokyo. We'll practice any yoga level while wearing headphones and listening to a remix of your favorite music.
