The list will be divided into two groups, Open and Group A.・Open：1st 50,000 yen, 2nd 40,000 yen, 3rd 30,000 yen, 4th 25,000 yen, 5th 20,000 yen・Group A：1st 20,000 yen, 2nd 15,000 yen, 3rd 10,000 yen, 4th 7,000 yen, 5th 5,000 yen (Top teams of Group A excluding the winners of Open)・Japan Collegiate Chess Championship team：1st 20,000 yen・JCCF team prize and Open /Group A prizes will not be given to the same team.・Board Prize：1 player from Board 1~4 each： 5,000 yen each ・All elementary school and kindergarten players will receive a participation prize. 大会の詳細　Other Regulations 大会ルール　Tournament Rulesゲームポイント：チームマッチは同時の4ゲームで構成され、1ゲームの勝ちは1点、ドローは0.5点、負けは0点となる。マッチポイント：チームが勝てば2ポイント、ドローで1ポイント、負けで0ポイントを得る。（チームの勝ちとは相手チームより多くのゲームポイントを得ることを意味する。ゲームポイントが同じ場合はドローとなる。）チーム順位：マッチポイントの合計により決定する。同ポイントの場合の順位は、次のタイブレークにより決定する。 タイブレークは以下の通りとする。(1) Points（ゲームポイントの合計）(2) Results of the teams（チームの直接対決の結果）(3) Buchholz （全対戦相手チームのマッチポイント合計）(4) Sonneborn-Berger （勝った相手チームのマッチポイントとドローだった相手のマッチポイントの半分の合計）(5) くじボード賞順位：各個人のゲームポイント合計で決定する。タイブレークは以下の通りとする。(1) Performance Rating（パフォーマンス・レーティング）(2) Ranking of their teams（所属チームの順位）出場ラウンドが3ラウンド以下のプレイヤーはボード賞入賞から外す。デフォルトタイム：試合開始後10分以上遅刻したプレーヤーは不戦敗とする。レーティングの変動はない。Bye：申告Byeは認められない。クロック、チェスセット、棋譜用紙は主催者で用意したものを使用すること。棋譜は最後まで記入すること。試合が終わったら両プレーヤーはお互いの棋譜用紙にサインし合い、アービターに結果を報告する。サインの前に必ず結果を確認すること。携帯電話、タブレット、スマートウォッチ等の電子機器類は、試合のとき完全に電源を切り、カバンなどにしまうこと。それらは試合中、身に着けてはならず、カバンに入れて会場の外へ持ち出すことも禁止する。このルールは電子機器類の電源が入っているかどうかによらず適用され、違反したプレーヤーは不戦敗ではなく、ただちに負けとなる。また、見学者及び試合を終えたプレーヤーに対しても、会場内でのスマートフォンなどあらゆる通信機器類の使用を禁止する。スタート順位は、チームの平均国内レーティング順とする。この平均は、チームの上位4名のレーティングを使って計算される。レーティングがないプレーヤーのレーティングは仮に1000として計算する。上記以外のことはFIDEルールに沿って判断する。例えばイリーガル・ムーブは違反行為であり、2回目は負けとなる。時計の押し間違い、両手使用等も違反行為である。Game Point:  Team match composes of simultaneous four games.  A win of a game counts for 1 point, a draw for 0.5 points, and a loss for 0 points.Match Point:  A win of a team counts for 2 points, a draw for 1 point, and a loss for 0 points.  (A team wins if it acquires more game points than its opponent.  A team draws if its game points are as same as its opponent’s.)Ranking:  Final ranking will be determined by the sum of the match points.  Tie-breaks are as follows.(1) Points (Sum of game points)(2) Results of the teams (Result of the direct encounter of the teams)(3) Buchholz (Sum of the match points of the opponents)(4) Sonneborn-Berger (Sum of the match points of the opponents against which the team won and sum of the half of the points of the opponents against which the team drew.)(5) Drawing of lotsRanking for Board Prizes:  Ranking will be determined by the sum of the game points of individual players.  Tie-breaks are as follows.(1) Performance Rating(2) Ranking of their TeamsPlayers with 3 or less games played can not qualify for the prize.Default time:  If any player is not present within 10 min after the game started, she/he shall lose the game by default. The game is not rated.Byes: No bye request will be accepted.The organizer will provide chess equipment including clocks and score sheets. Players must use them.Players must record all moves. Once the game is finished, both players sign both score sheets and hand over the original score sheets to the arbiters. Make sure the results are correct before signing.All electronic devices including smartphones, tablets and/or smartwatches must be turned off and stored away. Players are not allowed to keep it on him/her or take it outside of the venue in a bag. When a player breaks these rules, his/her game shall be immediately lost. It is forbidden for anybody to use a mobile phone or any kind of communication device in the playing venue.The team pairings will be done according to the average National ratings of the team. This average is calculated using the ratings of the top four members of the team. The rating of a player with no rating is provisionally calculated as 1000. The tournament will follow FIDE rules unless otherwise stated above. (2nd illegal move – loss of the game. Pressing the clock by mistake or pressing it with the other hand which touched the pieces will also be judged as an illegal move.) 細則　Team competition rules1チームは選手4名または5名。4対4でチームどうしマッチを行う。必ず1人のキャプテン（プレーヤー以外でも可）を選ぶ。（例：子どもの選手5人に大人のキャプテン1人という構成も可）Peatixでの 申込と別途、Googleフォームにてメンバー登録および固定ボードオーダーを受付期間内（8月31日（木）23:59まで）に提出すること。大会開始前に提出（送付）されたメンバー登録および固定オーダーの順番は大会当日は変更できない。受付期間内であればGoogleフォーム上でメンバー及び固定ボードオーダーの変更をすることができる。受付期間以降のメンバーの変更は可能だが、変更できるのは8月31日までに入会したプレイヤーに限る。その場合、9月13日（水）23:59までにjapanchess.info@gmail.comにメールにて連絡すること。チームが強制的にペアリングされなかった場合、あるいは相手チームが2人以下しか揃わなかった場合、チームは不戦勝となり、マッチポイントは2ポイント、ゲーム点は4点とする。試合中に他のメンバー、プレーヤー、観戦者と話してはいけない。事前にドロー受け入れなどを話し合って試合を行うことを禁止する。またその行為がわかった時はチーフアービターの判断によりそのラウンドを失格にするなどの処分が下る場合がある。キャプテンはメンバーと試合内容などについて話してはいけない。キャプテンはメンバーと目が合う位置に立っていてはいけない。ラウンド終了後の結果確認はキャプテンが行い、間違いがあった場合はすぐにアービターに報告する。混乱を招く可能性があるため、質問等はキャプテンを通し、個⼈で問い合わせることは避ける。チームのキャプテンは、次のラウンド開始10分前までに、チーフアービターにオーダー票を提出する。提出がないチームは上位4人がオーダーとなる。R1のチームペアリングは9月15日(金)に発表し、キャプテンにメールするので、9月16日(土)の20:00までにチームのキャプテンはR1の出場者のオーダー票を返信にて知らせること。連絡がないチームは上位4人がR1のオーダーとなる。大会の前にキャプテンミーティングをオンラインで行う。実施日時は、9月15日（金）21:00~22:00を予定している。各チームはキャプテンまたは代理人が出席すること。A team consists of 4 or 5 players, including a captain, and plays a 4-player team match.  (A team captain can be a player or a non-player. If the captain is not a player, that team may have 5 players plus a captain).The registration of the team member and the fixed board order must be done on Google Forms in the registration period (Until Thursday, August 31st, 23:59). The member and the fixed board order can not be changed during the tournament.The member and the fixed board order can be changed on Google Forms in the registration period. The changes can still be made after the registration period, but members that can be added are limited to those who are Japan Chess Federation members as of August 31st. In such cases, the changes can be made by mailing to japanchess.info@gmail.com.If a team gets an allocated bye, or if the opposing team fails to show up with more than two players, the team will be declared a forfeit win. The match point will be 2, and the game point will be 4.Please refrain from talking or communicating with other members, other players or spectators during the game.No pre-arranged draws will be permitted. If found that such an arrangement had been made, the players or the teams will be penalized at the discretion of the chief arbiter.A team Captain must refrain from interfering with players during the games. S/he shall not stand across from the players where eye contact could be made with his/her players.A team captain is entitled to advise the players of his/her team to make or accept an offer of a draw. The player can also ask his/her captain if s/he may offer or accept a draw. The team captain shall then speak to the player in the presence of an arbiter. The same procedure shall be followed if a player needs to speak to the captain.After each round, a team captain should check the results and report any errors to the chief arbiter immediately. To avoid confusion, only captains are allowed to communicate with arbiters.As for the orders of Round 2 to 6, the orders will be submitted using the order sheets given out by the organizer. Each captain must submit the next round’s Round Team List (RTL = Round Team List) to the chief arbiter 10 min before the next round. If no RTL is submitted, the Fixed Board Order (FBO) will be used for the next round for the team.As of the order of Round 1, team pairings will be announced on Thursday, September 15th. We will email the pairings to team captains. Please reply with the 1st round RTL by 20:00 on Friday, September 16th. If you do not reply, FBO will be used for R1.A Captain Meeting will be held online befor the tournament. The meeting is planned to be held on Friday, September 15th, 21:00 ~ 22:00. The captain or a substitute from each team must attend the meeting.  メディア関連　Media related rules本大会の結果は報告のためインターネット上（chess-results.com）に公開される。 また、棋譜についてもインターネット上に公開される可能性がある。 参加者は氏名、結果及び棋譜の公開に同意しているものとする。試合開始から10分間のみ、見学者にカメラ撮影を許可する。それ以降の撮影は禁止とする。ただし、特別な許可を受けた場合は別とする。個人による参加者の写真・動画（対局中、表彰式等）の使用に関しては、プライバシーの保護に十分注意すること。事前に包括的に了解を取ることに加え、例えば未成年者の場合は必ず保護者の許可を取るなど、個人情報保護や肖像権保護に充分な配慮をすること。本大会の様子を主催者が写真撮影・動画撮影・ライブ中継を行うことがある。これらは連盟が管理するウェブサイト・SNS・動画サイト・機関誌などの媒体で公開、使用することがある。参加者はこれらの写真及び動画の公開、ライブ中継に同意しているものとする。The results of this tournament will be posted on the Internet (chess-results.com) for reporting purposes.
