Individual registration for each participant is required. Register early as seats are limited. About the SeminarThis inaugural event of the GSFF will discuss where the world of banking is heading by bringing together regulators, incumbent banks and disruptors. Digitalisation and innovative business models massively affect the environment in which financial institutions operate. On the other hand, regulators must stay abreast of technological developments – like the rise of fintechs or the spread of cryptocurrencies – by continuously adapting financial regulation. What can the German and Singaporean financial centres learn from each other as we prepare for the future world of finance? Private and public institutions will have to work in close partnership, as well as cross-border, through mutual sharing of experiences and best practices, while at the same time ensuring a fair and transparent competitive playing field in financial markets.
