If the top two qualifiers are not Japanese chess nationals, the highest-ranked Japanese chess nationals will be qualified in addition to the above. There will be no backwardation.This competition will also serve as the selection of representing and/or invited senior players for international tournaments from this event onward until the next year's Championship. 大会の詳細 大会ルールタイブレーク：(1) Buchholz Cut-1（最低得点の対戦相手を除く全ての対戦相手のポイント合計）(2) Buchholz （全対戦相手のポイント合計）(3) Sonneborn-Berger （勝った相手のポイントとドローだった相手の半分のポイントの合計）(4) Sum of the ratings of the opponents （対戦相手のレーティングの合計）(5) くじデフォルトタイム：試合開始後10分以上遅刻したプレーヤーは不戦敗とする。レーティングの変動はない。事前Bye：Bye（不戦）の申告は大会前日18:00まで受け付ける。Byeの申請フォームに入力をすること。事前申告Byeは0.5ポイント、期限以降の申告Byeは0ポイントとするが、最終1ラウンドの申告Byeは0ポイントとする。申告Byeが2ラウンド以上あるプレーヤーは入賞から外す。強制Bye（組合せ上のBye）は1ポイントとする。1ラウンドのペアリングは大会前日の20:00に行う。クロック、チェスセット、棋譜用紙は主催者で用意したものを使用すること。棋譜は最後まで記入すること。試合が終わったら両プレーヤーはお互いの棋譜用紙にサインし合い、アービターに結果を報告する。サインの前に必ず結果を確認すること。携帯電話、タブレット、スマートウォッチ等の電子機器類は、試合のとき完全に電源を切り、カバンなどにしまうこと。それらは試合中、身に着けてはならず、カバンに入れて会場の外へ持ち出すことも禁止する。このルールは電子機器類の電源が入っているかどうかによらず適用され、違反したプレーヤーは不戦敗ではなく、ただちに負けとなる。また、見学者及び試合を終えたプレーヤーに対しても、会場内でのスマートフォンなどあらゆる通信機器類の使用を禁止する。スタート順位を決める基準の優先順位は、国内レーティング、称号、氏名ABC順とする。上記以外のことはFIDEルールに沿って判断する。例えばイリーガル・ムーブは違反行為であり、2回目は負けとなる。時計の押し間違い、両手使用等も違反行為である。 Other Regulations Tournament RulesTie-breaks:1. Buchholz Cut-1 (Sum of the opponents' points excluding the lowest)2. Buchholz (Sum of the opponents' points)3. Drawing of lotsDefault time: If any player is not present within 10 min after the game starts, she/he shall lose the game by default. The game is not rated.Pre-registered byes: Bye requests will be accepted until 18:00 on the day before the tournament by filling in the Bye Request Form. 0.5 points will be awarded for pre-requested Byes, and 0 points for Bye requested after the deadline. The requested Bye for the final 1 round shall be given 0 points. If a player has more than 2 requested byes, the player will not qualify for prizes.Pairing-allocated bye will be one point.Pairings of the first round will be published at 20:00 on the day before the tournament.The organizer will provide chess equipment including clocks and score sheets. Players must use them.Players must record all moves. Once the game is finished, both players sign both score sheets and hand over the original score sheets to the arbiters. Make sure the results are correct before signing.All electronic devices including smartphones, tablets or smartwatches must be turned off and stored away. Players are not allowed to keep it on him/her or take it outside of the venue in a bag. When a player breaks these rules, his/her game shall be immediately lost. It is forbidden for anybody to use a mobile phone or any kind of communication device in the playing venue.The pairings will be done in order of the Domestic ratings, titles, and the alphabetical order of the players.The tournament will follow FIDE rules unless otherwise stated above. For example, an illegal move will be penalised and the second illegal move will result in the loss of the game. Pressing the clock by mistake or pressing it with the other hand which touched the pieces will also be judged as an illegal move.メディア関連本大会の結果は報告のためインターネット上（chess-results.com）に公開される。 また、棋譜についてもインターネット上に公開される可能性がある。 参加者は氏名、結果及び棋譜の公開に同意しているものとする。試合開始から10分間のみ、見学者にカメラ撮影を許可する。それ以降の撮影は禁止とする。ただし、特別な許可を受けた場合は別とする。個人による参加者の写真・動画（対局中、表彰式等）の使用に関しては、プライバシーの保護に十分注意すること。事前に包括的に了解を取ることに加え、例えば未成年者の場合は必ず保護者の許可を取るなど、個人情報保護や肖像権保護に充分な配慮をすること。本大会の様子を主催者が写真撮影・動画撮影・ライブ中継を行うことがある。これらは日本チェス連盟が管理するウェブサイト・SNS・動画サイト・機関誌などの媒体で公開、使用することがある。参加者はこれらの写真及び動画の公開、ライブ中継に同意しているものとする。新型コロナウイルス感染対策「COVID-19ガイドライン4訂版」を厳守すること。Media Related RulesThe tournament results will be posted on the Internet (chess-results.com) for reporting purposes. The game record may also be published on the Internet. Participants agree to the publication of their real names, results, and game records.Observers are allowed to take photos for the first 10 minutes of each round. We do not refund from 7-days before the registration deadline.
