Pride is not only for LGBTQIA+ people to celebrate themselves but is also when allies can show their support towards raising awareness about injustices and prejudices that those communities suffer.At Moon, we believe that culturally diverse teams transcend homogeneous ones when it comes to innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurship. And addressing issues of disparity and exclusion means taking intentional action toward change.This year, we want to celebrate diversity and creativity during International Pride Month. We are welcoming digital artists who identify as LGBTQIA+ (and/or queer) to exhibit their work in our office in Omotesando, Tokyo. And since we also believe that dialogue means everything, we also welcome people who consider themselves allies to submit their queer-themed artwork.Omotesando Window Gallery The selected artist will receive a gift card for 40.000 Japanese yen and have their work largely displayed on a busy street of Omotesando.Artwork Requirements From illustrations to photography, we are looking for digital artwork that can be printed in high resolution.The artwork does not need to be a new creation, but it certainly can be!
