2年後オリンピックを控えている東京では、すでにジェントリフィケーションの問題は深刻になっています。今回は、韓国のソウルと日本の東京で起きているジェントリフィケーションを、現代の植民地主義と解釈し、ストリートフードや、その店がどのように排除・移動の問題に直面し、そこに抵抗しているかという状況を捉え、そうした食文化をどのように守っていけるのかを実際に食事もしながら考えたいと思っています。

Due to the upcoming Olympics 2020 the issues of
gentrification is becoming a huge concern in Tokyo. This time we would
like to think gentrification as a contemporary form of colonialism and
take a look at Seoul and Tokyo’s street food. How street food and its
sellers are being affected by gentrification and struggling against it ?
We would like to discuss how is it possible to resist the power of
gentrification and protect the culture of street food as well as tasting
one particular South Korean street food. *the date might change due to
