Practicing yoga daily helped her recovery process tremendously, both physically and mentally – it helps to alleviate pain and strengthen muscles in order to heal her broken body, even to this day. In 2014 Yoshi completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh Yogpeeth (India) and became a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Since then, she dedicated her life in practicing and teaching yoga. She is passionate in creating her own style yoga. She has been teaching for almost 2 years and she focuses on 3 main aspects which are backbend, arm balance and flexibility.See more crazy photos and follow her travel journey here!http://instagram.com/puresun_lover
