*English Follows Japanese.日本初の全寮制国際高校、インターナショナル・スクール・オブ・アジア軽井沢（ISAK）は、いよいよ今年８月に第一期生を迎えます。この度、軽井沢での開校式に先駆けて、以下の通り東京にて、開校記念レセプションパーティーを開くことになりました。このイベントの収益は、生徒の奨学金として使わせていただく予定です。ご家族やご友人もお誘い合わせの上、ぜひ多くの方においでいただけましたら幸いです。■ イベント詳細 ■2014年8月22日(金曜日)18:00　開場19:00　主催者によるご挨拶（発起人代表  谷家 衛、代表理事 小林りん、校長 ロッド・ジェミソン）21:00　クローズ※レセプション参加費のチケットにはドリンク一杯とフィンガーフードが付きます。※学校の様子をパネルや映像でご紹介し、またこのパーティに合わせて企画した特別なプログラムを賞品としてにサイレント・オークションに出品し、皆さんにご紹介いたします。■ ISAKについて ■ISAKは、アジア太平洋地域を中心とした世界各国から、優秀かつ高いリーダーシップポテンシャルを備える生徒を受け入れる、3年制の全寮制高等学校です。最大で約半数の生徒に全額または部分奨学金を提供することで、国籍だけでなく社会的にも経済的にも、真に多様な学校を実現することを目指しています。本校の開校に先駆けて2010年より開催してきたサマースクールでは、国内外から志の高い中学生を受入れ、毎年約2週間に渡って「多様性への寛容力」「問題設定能力」「リスクをとる力」を育む教育プログラムを提供し、共感の輪を広げて参りました。（今年は定員80名の枠に対して、43カ国から540名を超えるご応募がありました。）そしてついに、高等学校の開校です。ISAKの生徒たちは、異なるバックグラウンドの仲間と寝食を共にしながら、世界標準のカリキュラム（国際バカロレアディプロマ・プログラム）に挑戦します。様々な気付きの種が散りばめられた３年間の学校生活を通じて、将来社会にポジティブな変革を起こせるようなリーダーシップを身につけてもらいたいーーそう私たちは願っています。当日、皆様にお目にかかれることを楽しみにいたしております。発起人代表　谷家衛代表理事　小林りん校長　ロデリック・ジェミソン---------International School of Asia, Karuizawa (ISAK), the 3 year fully residential high school is about to start this summer. On August 22nd, before the opening ceremony in Karuizawa which is to be held on Sunday 24th of August, we'd like to invite you to the Opening Ceremony Reception Party in Tokyo.■ About the event ■August 22nd (Fri)6:00pm Party door opens7:00pm Opening speech by the hosts9:00pm Close- Reception fee includes one drink and finger food.- At the gallery, you will have an opportunity to view what the school would be like through pictures and movies. Please also cooperate in the silent auction which is designed specially for this event.■ About ISAK ■ISAK will be a three-year fully residential international school that brings together the best and brightest students from Asia and around the world.Gearing up to the launch of the high school, we have offered an intellectually challenging Summer School program for motivated junior high school students since 2010, bringing together youth from Japan and around the world for two weeks offering programs to develop "diversity inclusiveness", "the ability to identify and solve problems", and "the ability to take risks". And now, it is the opening of the high school.Partial or full scholarship will be offered to up to half of the students, which will enrich the school with not only nationality or culture backgrounds but also economical diversity. By spending the school years with students from different backgrounds, ISAK studentswill be challenged to a global standard academic curriculum (International Baccalaureate Program).
