Specific recipes may contain a complicated litany of ingredients but the aim is the same: to create the perfect harmony of flavours from ingredients that otherwise already taste bold on their own.In this Masterclass fun and interactive workshop, you’ll learn the basics of making rempah with an exclusive demonstration of how to cook nonya chicken curry, including a hands-on activity. Participants will take home the rempah they have blended, as well as recipes to use in their own kitchens.
