Join us for a blissful wellness morning retreat with purpose, hosted by Yoga for a Change at The Westin Singapore. We will start with a yoga flow next to the outdoor infinity pool, followed by a nutritious breakfast, and end the morning with an introductory workshop on mindfulness of the breath. The experience will be co-facilitated by french-speaking Laura Zaccaria and english-speaking Stephanie Bovis, the event is held in english. All proceeds from the ticket sales are donated to Daughters of Tomorrow - promoting low-income women's upskilling and professional advancement.
