オーナ・マッケラ個展「Same same but different」＠　Almost Perfect 展示: 2月9日（木）〜2月13日（月）午後1時〜7時フィンランドセンター所長 アンナ＝マリア・ウィルヤネンとのトークセッション: 2月9日(木)　午後6時〜9時2月 11日 (土）午後5時〜7時はカジュアルなパーティーを開催しますので、お気軽にお越しください。「Same same but different」展は、イラストレーション、版画、小さな粘土のコレクションです。この展示は、私たちがどんなバックグラウンドを持っていても、喜びを見出すことができるもの - 今回は、自然と犬 - をテーマにしています。今回はフィンランドと日本の違いではなく、共通点に焦点を当てたいと思いました。日本ではアウトサイダーである私はフィンランドとの違いに気づきがちですが、それでもフィンランドと同じものに惹かれることに気づきました。多くのものは形が少し違うだけで、結局は同じものなのです。略歴オーナ・マッケラはフィンランドのグラフィックデザイナー、イラストレーター、プリントデザイナーで、Napa Agencyに所属しています。魅力的な色の組み合わせと形に惹かれ、目に優しく、ユーモアのある作品を目指しています。日々の生活と、主に行儀の悪い犬からインスピレーションを受けています。アーティスト・トークセッション開催日時：2023年2月9日（木）　18：00　～　21：00対面開催会場：Almost Perfect〒111-0056 東京都台東区小島２丁目３−2注意：2月9日（木）午後6時〜7時のアーティスト・トークセッションにご参加される方は事前登録が必要となります。止むを得ずご参加をキャンセルされる場合は、お手数ではございますが、必ず事前にご連絡ください。展覧会「Same same but different」は2月9日（木）〜2月13日（月）午後1時〜7時まで事前登録なしでご高覧いただけます。“Same same but different” by Oona MäkeläExhibition: Feb 9 (Thu) - Feb 13 (Mon)1-7pm, free entrance, you do not need to register to visit the exhibition Opening Talk Session with Anna-Maria Wiljanen, the director of the Finnish Institute in Japan: Feb 9 (Thu) 6-9pmThis talk event requires registration. On Feb 11 (Sat) 5-7pm there will be a casual party with drinks arranged by Almost Perfect. No registration required.Same same but different is a collection of illustrations, prints and small clay creatures. The exhibition is about the things we can all find joy from despite of our background - in this case nature and dogs. I wanted to focus on similarities between Finland and Japan instead of the differences. Even though as an outsider I will always be seeing a lot of difference I noticed I was still attracted to the same things as in Finland. Things here might just have a little bit different shape but in the end they are the same.Bio:Oona Mäkelä is a Finnish graphic designer, illustrator and print designer represented by Napa Agency. She’s attracted to fascinating color combinations and shapes. She aims to create work that is easy on the eyes and has something humorous to it.
