At the end of the session, savour the delicious "fruits" of your labour.The festive dishes for this special CNY session will be mini clay pot chicken rice with mushroom and Chinese chicken sausage; steamed fish with cordyceps flower prepared Hong Kong style; and braised shitake mushroom, bai ling mushroom, broccoli, and black moss with abalone sauce.
