[イベント概要]City-Tech.Tokyoの公式サイドイベントとして2023/3/1に開催されるExtra Day in Shibuyaのサブイベントの一つ、日本国内外のユニークな技術を持ったスタートアップが集う​「不動産テック（Prop Tech）」をテーマにした展示交流会。世界最大の都市圏であり、数多くのユニークな建築物が点在する東京。世界中で取り組みが進むスマートシティ化に加え、過密な人口や、地震や台風といった自然災害への対策、高齢化に伴うバリアフリー対応など、課題先進都市の側面も持ち合わせています。2月27日から開催される東京都のCity-Techイベントには、そのような課題に取り組むスタートアップが世界中から集まります。このPROP-TECH EXPOは、それらスタートアップの中でも特に不動産テックにフォーカスした企業を中心とした展示会です。見本市のような規模の大きなものではなく、あえてスタートアップと来場者の距離が近い、フリーマーケットのような雰囲気の中で、設計や建築に関わる技術から、不動産の販売やメンテナンスをサポートするサービスまで、不動産の在り方を進化させる様々な技術を持った国内外のスタートアップが出展します。不動産業界にお勤めの方々はもちろん、最新のスタートアップ動向に関心のある方、海外スタートアップでのインターンシップに興味のある学生など、ぜひ多くの方々にご来場いただき、スタートアップと交流をして頂ければと思っております。[Event Overview]One of the sub-events of Extra Day in Shibuya to be held on 2023/3/1 as an official side event of City-Tech.Tokyo, Prop-Tech Expo is an exhibition where startups with unique technologies around real estate and construction gather from Japan and abroad.Tokyo is the world's largest metropolitan area, dotted with numerous unique buildings.
