How do writers look at the history and
architecture of a building, and render it into poetry and fiction? Commissioned by the National Arts Council, the anthology, Eye/Feel/Write: Building Architectonics, features twelve established Singapore writers, who penned ekphrastic pieces inspired by the former Supreme Court of The National Gallery. In this #BuySinglit reading tour, participants will be led by editor Desmond Kon Zhicheng-Mingdé, as well as curator Lim Shujuan, through the historical space, to hear five eminent authors – Amanda Chong, Clara Chow, Daryl Lim Wei Jie, Josephine Chia, and Tse Hao Guang – read their pieces, and share their creative process.The first 20 participants receive a limited edition Eye/Feel/Write
journal. Lucky participants also stand to win book vouchers at the end of the tour.

Participants may confirm their attendance, and receive their complimentary journals at the registration table located at the Supreme Court Foyer just below the grand staircase.
