About Amruta Patki:Patki, former Miss India 2006 and Miss Earth Air 2006, is a professional psychologist with more than 15 years of experience as a motivational speaker and mentor. She has conducted workshops on building self-esteem, body image positivity, career counselling and the experience of going through imposter syndrome. She has dealt with dysfunctional families, clients with a history of childhood trauma, mother wounds, new mothers going though postpartum depression, single women and men working towards finding meaningful relationships , and teenagers-mothers undergoing identity challenges.  About Sharanya V. : Sharanya V. is an Early Parenting Coach. She specializes in mental health and pediatric sleep. She takes parents from ‘merely surviving’, to ‘thriving’ during their early parenting journey through her teachings on baby and child sleep. Sharanya prioritizes maternal mental health care, couple wellness, and parenting. She runs three programs that anyone can participate in: pediatric sleep coaching program, mental wellness counselling program, and the mum revival coaching program.About Sharul Channa :Sharul Channa is formally trained in theatre from Lasalle, College of the Arts, and has been a full-time stand-up comedian for the last 13 years. She has performed to packed houses all over Asia and Australia.Over the past few years, Channa has used comedy to shed light on important, and sometimes neglected social issues in Singapore. She has created and starred in many works like Crazy Poor Sita and Am I Old?, earning her critical acclaim from the likes of The Straits Times.
