There, he partnered with Sushil Malhotra, and both opened and worked as the Executive Chef at a number of restaurants. He's now currently Executive Chef & Co-Owner of Old Monk in the East Village.About Old MonkOld Monk is a contemporary modern Indian restaurant in hip Alphabet City.
