Guests are encouraged to come as early as possible to make the most of their experience.IS THERE A DRESS CODE?This is your opportunity to come dressed in your winter best! Limited quantities of winter jackets and snow boots are available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.  We highly advise visitors to wear your own winter wear & snow boots for comfort and skip the queue for waiting, changing, and returning of the rented winter wear at our counter. All visitors are required to wear socks for hygiene purposes and to keep warm. Gloves and scarves are recommended to keep yourselves warm as temperatures can get as low as -15ºC. IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?Yes, you can leave and re-enter the venue but be sure to hold on to your wristband or you will be denied entry.IS THERE A LOCKER TO STORE MY BELONGINGS?Yes, a limited number of lockers will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at a token fee. WILL THERE BE A SECURITY CHECK?Yes, there will be a security check before entry. Strictly no prohibited or dangerous items allowed. Visitors are advised to avoid large bags and bring minimal belongings to expedite the process. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?No outside food and drinks are allowed but visitors may purchase snacks and drinks at the venue.CAN I SMOKE AT THE VENUE?Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited at Gingle Magic. Visitors may only smoke outside of the venue. WHEN IS THE LAST ORDER FOR THE BAR?Last orders for drinks will be at 12.30 AM.CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?A limited number of tickets will be available at the door on a first come first served basis.
