About the programmeLearn how to heal your mind and body through traditional Asian practices of meditation and movement. This workshop will introduce participants to the principles of meditation, followed by a session on self-healing through movement, based on traditional movement practices. Learn how to use your mind and body to kickstart your rejuvenation and recovery journey!About Dr Xiang JunDr Xiang Jun Lim is a homegrown Singaporean who holds a PhD in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine and has practised in this field since 2005. She is also a Metaphysics Bazi Fengshui Consultant, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, Reiki and Ayurveda practitioner and various Energy Medicines practitioner.  She believes in healing modern lives through ancient TCM techniques and regularly shares her knowledge in corporate talks and lifestyle workshops, and also contributes to various media publications.
