Otherwise, tie-breaks will be used to determine the standings.)Chessmood will give 20 dollars Moodoins for the top 25 players in each qualifier tournament.GP: 1st-15,000 yen, 2nd-10,000 yen, 3rd-5,000 yen大会の詳細 Other rulesタイブレークなどタイブレーク：(1) Sonneborn-Berger （勝った相手のポイントとドローだった相手の半分のポイントの合計）(2) Sum of the ratings of the opponents （対戦相手のNCSラピッド・レーティングの合計。レーティングの無い者はチェスコムのラピッド・レーティングとする）(3) くじBye（不戦）の申告は受付けない。強制Bye（組合せ上のBye）は1ポイントとする通信障害等により試合に参加できないプレーヤーは負けとする フェアプレーのお願い：試合はすべてChess.comによってコンピューターの使用を監視されている。あらゆるソフトウェア、データベース、本、ノート、他のプレーヤー等の助けを借りず、フェアプレーをすること。Chess.comにチーティング（不正行為）と判定されれば、それが最終決定なので十分に注意すること グランドファイナル・ルールプレーヤーは、プレーしている場面を後ろからビデオカメラ（スマホでもよい）で写し、その映像をアービターのzoomに送らくてはならないプレー中はアービターの許可なく部屋から出られないプレー中はあらゆる電子機器の参照、ノート参照、アドバイス情報の取得、他のチェス盤を使用することを禁止するプレー中はヘッドフォン、イヤホンの使用を禁止するChess.comよりチーティングを判定されたプレーヤーは、理由の如何を問わず大会成績を無効とする。またそのプレーヤーは賞を得ることはできないプレーヤーがチーティング行為をした場合、NCSは大会出場停止の処分を課す場合があるメディア関連本大会の結果は報告のためインターネット上（chess-results.com）に公開、あるいは棋譜についてもインターネット上に公開される可能性がある。 参加者は実名、ユーザー名、結果及び棋譜の公開に同意しているものとする本大会の様子を主催者が写真撮影・動画撮影・ライブ中継を行うことがある。これらはNCSが管理するウェブサイト・SNS・動画サイト・機関誌などの媒体で公開、使用することがある。参加者はこれらの写真及び動画の公開、ライブ中継に同意しているものとするその他主催者は1ラウンド開始前に上記のルールを適切な理由で変更する場合がある大会への参加をキャンセルする場合は、申込期間締切3日前までかつ定員に達していない場合は、返金する。申込期間締切3日前以降または定員に達している場合は、いかなる理由であっても返金しない個人間で起きたトラブルに関して、NCSは一切の責任を負わない 主催　日本チェス連盟 NCSTie-breaks and othersTie-breaks(1) Sonneborn-Berger(2) Sum of the ratings of the opponents (the NCS rapid rating or the rapid rating of "Chess.com" is used for non-rated players)(3) Drawing lotsPre-registered byes shall not be accepted. The player will not be eligible for any prizes.If a player cheats, NCS may suspend the player from the tournament.Media related rulesWe will post the results on the Internet (chess-results.com) for reporting purposes. The game record may also be published on the Internet. Participants shall agree to publish their real names, usernames, results, and game records.The organizer will take photos, record videos, or Livestream the event. These may be published and used in media such as websites, SNS, video sites, and journals managed by NCS. Participants shall agree to publish and broadcast these photos and videos.OthersThe organizer reserves the right to change the above conditions in case of reasonable cases before the first round begins.If cancellation is made before the day 3-days before the registration deadline and the number of participants has not reached the maximum number, a refund will be made.
