ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Celeste is a Partner, Rajah and Tann in General Corporate Commercial practice.
With more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC investments, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and general commercial and employment matters, she has advised a wide range of clients including MNCs, government-linked companies, PE funds, SMEs and start ups. Prior to joining the firm, she was a senior legal counsel with the consumer banking business in Standard Chartered Bank.
Lionel is a Partner at Rajah and Tann in Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Employment & Executive Compensation Intellectual Property practice.
He started out his career in law as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and concurrently held the appointment of Assistant Director of the Computer Information & Systems Department of the Attorney-General’s Chambers. Since joining private practice he has been involved in various high profile commercial and criminal litigation cases and has advised clients on a wide spectrum of commercial and criminal matters.
He has a keen interest in the field of Information Technology Law, Internet frauds,Cyber security threats and represents clients on intellectual property matters and on compliance measures
Terence is a Partner in Rajah & Tann Singapore's General Corporate Commercial and M&A Practice Groups. Terence has more than 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, PE/VC investments, local and cross-border joint ventures, corporate restructurings, corporate rescues and general commercial law.
He is also actively involved in a wide range of PE/VC investment transactions, from seed financing to early stage investments to growth capital, and joint venture deals involving both local and cross-border entities. He has been recognised by Singapore Business Review as one of Singapore's 40 Most Influential Lawyers Aged 40 and Under in 2015.
