Otherwise, tie-breaks will determine the standings.All players will be entered into a drawing for Christmas gifts, including official Olympiad Souvenirs. 大会の詳細 Other regulations 大会ルールタイブレーク：(1) Buchholz Cut-1（最低得点の対戦相手を除く全ての対戦相手のポイント合計）(2) Buchholz （全対戦相手のポイント合計）(3) Sonneborn-Berger （勝った相手のポイントとドローだった相手の半分のポイントの合計）(4) Sum of the ratings of the opponents （対戦相手のレーティングの合計）(5) くじデフォルトタイム：試合開始後10分以上遅刻したプレーヤーは不戦敗とする。レーティングの変動はない。事前Bye：Bye（不戦）の申告は大会前日18:00まで受け付ける。事前申告Byeは0.5ポイント、期限以降の申告Byeは0ポイントとするが、最終ラウンドの申告Byeは0ポイントとする。強制でないByeが1ラウンド以上あるプレーヤーは入賞の対象から外す。強制Bye（組合せ上のBye）は1ポイントとする。1ラウンドのペアリングは大会前日の20:00に行う。クロック、チェスセット、棋譜用紙は主催者で用意したものを使用すること。棋譜は記入しなくてよい。試合が終わったら両プレーヤーはお互いの棋譜用紙にサインし合い、アービターに結果を報告する。サインの前に必ず結果を確認すること。携帯電話、タブレット、スマートウォッチ等の電子機器類は、試合のとき完全に電源を切り、カバンなどにしまうこと。それらは試合中、身に着けてはならず、カバンに入れて会場の外へ持ち出すことも禁止する。このルールは電子機器類の電源が入っていなくても適用される。違反したプレーヤーは不戦敗ではなく、ただちに負けとなる。また、見学者及び試合を終えたプレーヤーに対しても、会場内でのスマートフォンなどあらゆる通信機器類の使用を禁止する。スタート順位を決める基準の優先順位は、NCSレーティング、称号、氏名ABC順とする。上記以外のことはFIDEルールに沿って判断する。例えばイリーガル・ムーブは違反行為であり、2回目は負けとなる。時計の押し間違い、両手使用等も違反行為である。メディア関連本大会の結果は報告のためインターネット上（chess-results.com）に公開される。 また、棋譜についてもインターネット上に公開される可能性がある。 参加者は氏名、結果及び棋譜の公開に同意しているものとする。試合開始から5分間のみ、見学者にカメラ撮影を許可する。それ以降の撮影は禁止とする。ただし、特別な許可を受けた場合は別とする。個人による参加者の写真・動画（対局中、表彰式等）の使用に関しては、プライバシーの保護に十分注意すること。事前に包括的に了解を取ることに加え、例えば未成年者の場合は必ず保護者の許可を取るなど、個人情報保護や肖像権保護に充分な配慮をすること。本大会の様子を主催者が写真撮影・動画撮影・ライブ中継を行うことがある。これらはNCSが管理するウェブサイト・SNS・動画サイト・機関誌などの媒体で公開、使用することがある。参加者はこれらの写真及び動画の公開、ライブ中継に同意しているものとする。新型コロナウイルス感染対策「COVID-19ガイドライン改訂版」を厳守すること。感染拡大の状況によっては、より厳しい対応を行う場合がある。許可がない見学者は会場内の立ち入りを禁止する。大会開始日の前日までに必ずNCSにメール（japanchess.info@gmail.com）で許可を得ること。ただし、未成年の参加者1名につき保護者1名は会場内に入ることができる。その他主催者は1ラウンド開始前に上記のルールを適切な理由で変更する場合がある。コロナウイルス感染拡大など予測不能な理由により、やむを得ず持ち時間の変更、及び大会開催中止などの場合がある。大会への参加をキャンセルする場合は、申込期間締切8日前までかつ定員に達していない場合は、返金する。申込期間締切7日前以降または定員に達している場合は、いかなる理由であっても返金しない。 個人間で起きたトラブルに関して、NCSは一切の責任を負わない。主催National Chess Society of Japan (日本チェス連盟)Tournament rulesTie-breaks: 1.
