That was the start of her personal healing. Yoga helped Tammie quieten the mind, separate herself from her depressive thoughts, and be in touch with her bigger heart. Today, everyday is still a practice of compassion, transforming self-doubt into self-acceptance. Tammie became a certified Yoga instructor with Dr Venky’s Shivshakti Yoga Institute in 2017. She hopes to assist others in developing a mindful practice and experiencing the benefits of Yoga.CherylCheryl believes in providing solid guidance in alignment and challenges that enable students to determine the intensity of their training, allowing practitioners to strengthen their practice at a pace that’s befitting for their bodies.
