Creating From Your Heart - A Self Empowerment Workshop is a 01 day self experiential workshop, designed to help you gain in-dept clarity on how you had been living your life, working out to let go of all past baggages and begin creating a life that is align to your heart joy. Combining lectures, Kundalini Yoga and meditations, this workshop aims to provide you with more clarity and understanding towards your own thought patterns, identifying any self sabotaging behaviours that are limiting you, clean up any known or unknown hidden emotional blockages, expanding your new energy field and realign your mind, body and soul back to balance.
