Medieval Saturday Mornings: Build an Archimedean Catapult!

Description
In collaboration with Shophouse & Co and DesignSingapore, we'll be doing a workshop where you may build your own Archimedean catapult!

The Catapult is a perfect example of a teachable physics toy. Inspired by medieval siege engines, the Catapult uses torsion-powered rope to generate potential energy to launch projectiles into the air. With simple methods to glue and nail wood blocks together, create your very own Siege toy!

Unleash your Creativity! Learn how to use basic woodworking tools like saw and drill, assemble and customize your very own siege engine, learn the mechanics and basic principles of how the Catapult fires, and paint it over to give it a unique look!
