Theme: Nature & ArtPeak pose: Flower pose Art: Flower mandala with real flowers or printed mandala for them to colour Practicing outdoor partner yoga is a great way to connect through movement and stillness with your loved ones and Mother Nature. The practice allows us to slow down, look into each other’s eyes to build deep emotional connection, hold our bodies close to each other to build body awareness, and use our creativity to go away together to our imaginary adventure. In this one-hour practice, parents and children will go on an adventure to explore the world with different movements & stillness. They will play pretend to be animals and plants; they will learn how they are connected and can co-exist with Mother Nature, and how we can all come together to be responsible human beings to look after Mother Nature.We will end the practice by using dry leaves and flowers to create a nice big flower mandala.
