◆YUSHI DANGAMIはブルックリンで行われるWooly Exhibitionは２回目の参加です。また、初参加である、Hitoshi KurokiはGQやPOPEYEなどの有名ファッション&カルチャー雑誌にイラストを提供しているアーティストです。----------WOOLY EXHIBITION VOL.02----------
Experience A Magic Moment - 6 Japanese artists come together to create an exhibition unlike any other. From November 3 at Beauty/ Fashion Labo in Brooklyn.
Simultaneously rejecting and respecting Japanese artistic tradition, WOOLY presents work from a group of pivotal young Japanese artists, each with their own distinctive style. A progressive collection of art unlikely to be found elsewhere in Japan, a magic moment, is an exhibition that allows you to have exactly that.
Starting off in Fukuoka, the artistic hub of Japan, WOOLY now continues a magic moment on into Brooklyn, New York. Selected by WOOLY, the group exhibition hosts the work of 6 Japanese artists YUTA MIHIRA, eve, Hitoshi Kuroki, MOKA, Yushi Dangami and MOENE KAMIYA. For returning artists Yushi Dangami and MOENE KAMIYA, this will be their second year in row to exhibit at Brooklyn Beauty/ Fashion Labo for WOOLY. While for artists such as HITOSHI KUROKI, one of the top illustrators in Japan, whose work has been featured on the cover of various major Japanese magazines, this will be his first.
A Magic Moment will run from November 18th until December 3rd at Brooklyn Beauty/ Fashion Labo. Contributing artists:
