Namaste. Are you ready to transform yourself? Come join my friends and me in a Basic Hatha Yoga session every Sunday morning at UP Studio that invigorates your body and mind. In this upcoming session we will be focusing on strengthening our core and back muscles and also opening up our hips and hip flexor muscles. *In the next session we will be focusing on strengthening the legs and maintaining balance.Learn the Basic Hatha Yoga postures and body alignment.
