But, if you're going to partake in the most sacred of competitions, you have to do it the correct way. — SCHEDULE — 13:30 - 14:30 — Opening ceremony, cracking of the first beer, photographs and more!... 14:30 - 15:30 — Games: Chug relay and Fling cup / The gentleman’s start. 15:30 - 16:30 — Food! 16:30 - 17:30 — Games: Beer Pong! 17:30 - 18:30 — Winner announcement, prizes, closing ceremony, photgraphs and more food!— BASIC RULES —Teams must be made up of no more than 6 participants, and no fewer than 4. Every team must have an equal number of players. 4 teams minimum, no maximum. Ideally teams will have the same number of girls on them, to avoid one team being at a disadvantage of drinking capability! There needs to be between 15-20 cans / bottles of beer allocated per player, per team. It's always better to air on the side of caution and go with the bigger number, because if you run out of beer mid-competition, you are disqualified and your team loses a set number of points, and it's not like any extra beer would go to waste! Every team competes in every event, but not every team member. For scoring, you take the number of teams you have, and award that many points for first in each event (6 teams = 6 points for first). Last place always gets 1 point. Every team in between… you get the point. To avoid confrontation, teams represent a colour, not a country. Teams are introduced. Coming out to a legendary song is not only awesome, but also encouraged!— GAMES — CHUG RELAY* FLING CUP / THE GENTLEMAN’S START* BEER PONG* *Please refer to our Facebook pages for rules and details. — RULES AND REDEMPTION —All events are a race against time. This is just a game. Not a death match. Please don't lose your sense of proportion. Each game has a referee, and the referee is always right! Your registration fee gets you food, 3 litres of beer per athlete and a teddy bear. You may consume gallons of the formidable nectar, but an athlete still needs to eat!Tickets are non-refundable. — RULES AND REDEMPTION —As this is an ALCOHOL consumption event, please be responsible!! Please make sure that your team has a designated driver, cab after the tournament is over.
