Mantra & Mandala
Experience the power of mantra (fluidity) in combination with mandala (structured) for an enhanced experience of art and healing.
In this workshop we will explore the mantra of Avalokiteshvara (Om Mani Padme Hum). You will be introduced to the meaning and the core vibration behind the mantra. Engaging in the creative process of toning the mantra to embody the vibration of the mantra in every cells of the body.
Reminder* This is not a Thangka painting workshop. I will be sharing a few methods of drawing mandalas. You can choose the style that resonate with you most to work on. Mandala size: B4 (~270 x 378mm)
You will learn to develop concetration and mindfulness.
You will be immersed in the healing vibration of the mantra and mandala.
You will gain deeper understanding of toning the mantra
You will benefit from the creative process of creating a mandala.
You will develop the technique of working with the vibrational essence/qualities that Avalokiteshvara.
