Business leaders are recovering from a series of
world-changing events that few saw coming. These changes are forcing leaders to
rethink and reinvent how an organisation achieves its purpose.
Responding to new challenges and opportunities requires
leadership which is marked by powerful cross-functional collaboration where
people at all levels genuinely assume personal responsibility for a collective
output.
Rather than changing the leaders, we argue that
organisations should invest in doing their leadership differently.
A mindset shift from leader-driven change to
leadership-enabled change lies is at the core of our approach. This means
naming and addressing the intractable, messy problems and starting with
them...and not with the leaders.
It’s an approach that has been informed and honed by
interviewing senior executives from a range of organisations actively involved
in dealing with complex and uncertain problems.
Fearless Leadership is at the heart of this
approach. Designed for leaders who want to lead on transformation from the
inside out,
it works with emotional transparency in balance with
courageous action and anchoring personal values to organisational
goals. Working with real time leadership issues as core content, delegates
are expected to show up authentically and to challenge and radically support
one another in an open and conscientious way.
Fearless Leadership is not for the faint hearted.EVENT DETAILS:This taster event will held on Friday 17 November 2017.
