Pop-Up Dining (Lunch) with Skinny Chef On Board

Mari House is collaborating with Skinny Chef On Board (Chef Aida) for a pop up outdoor dining experience at a serene location away from the hustle and bustle. Guests will be sitting on picnic mats and dining on low pallet tables so they can fully enjoy the beautiful nature of Mari House garden.

Chef Aida started her cooking journey when she was 15 years old, and has never stopped exploring & expanding her culinary skills in the growing industry to gain exposure. She has worked with local & international organisations such as Audi R8LMS Cup, Asia Road Racing Championship, Withlocals, Flavours Kitchen & more.

Chef Aida will be creating a menu with local garden greens. All ingredients will be fresh, organic & locally produced. The meal will start with kerabu pucuk paku wrapped in crispy wanton skin served with lemongrass vinaigrette. Followed by pandan rice, a variety of fresh local organic greens from the garden, beansprout kerabu, kerabu daun salon, sambal belachan, salted fish, salted egg, chicken sate lilit with Opor beef and spicy lemak kuning prawn. Dessert will be pisang lemak manis in syrup and comes with fresh calamansi juice with biji selasih.
