When you slow down the mind, is where you find your presence, your peace, your purpose.October’s class will kick off with a special breathwork session by Alsu Kashapova, who will guide us into breathing for awareness and observation through simple breathing techniques you can take home, and conscious breathing with intention.On Sunday, we will practice mindful breathing and yoga in the park to find harmony and alignment between our goals and the mind, body, and spirit. This class is for beginner and intermediate yogis. Expect to meet some great folks and break some sweat!Become inspired by where your body and mind can take you. We'll start by becoming present in our current state and body, then flow into a beautiful vinyasa yoga practice that integrates our breath to tune into and deepen our movement and postures.While you'll meet everyone in class, if you'd like to continue to connect, chill with new friends, feel free to join us for a healthy juice or brunch at Chinoz on the Park. She sees yoga as a transformative tool for people to connect again to oneself, to step into the person they’ve always wanted to be.She's received 3 certifications in Bali - Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, Standup Paddleboard Yoga, and Pre/Postnatal Vinyasa Yoga. Cynthia integrates breath, environment, music, and fun to build conscious communities, together embracing yoga, as well as personal goals and visions.She continues to expand her yoga class offerings to include elements she’s passionate about - nature, sunsets, live music, beach, parks, community, yoga for running, etc - and make it fun and accessible to more people who are new or experienced in yoga.While born and raised in US, Cynthia has lived in 8 countries and traveled 56. She’s spent 4 of the past 5 years living/based in KL.
