Chwee Kueh

One of Singapore’s all-time favourites, Chwee Kueh is a type of steamed rice cake that pairs perfectly with delicious diced radish and served with chilli sauce. Dating back to the Teochew cuisine of China, Chwee Kueh is as traditional as it gets!

Kaya Toast

This dish is no regular butter on toast! Kaya combines coconut sugar, eggs, coconut milk and even pandan to give it the unique tastes that Singaporeans simply cannot get enough of. Absolutely perfect to go with that morning cup of Kopi.

Laksa

Thick, creamy and yet a little spicy, Laksa is one of Singapore’s favourite well-rounded dishes that can be enjoyed anytime of the day. Consisting of delicious vermicelli noodles, rich coconut milk and red chilli sambal, this dish is then topped with fresh seafood such as prawns, cockles and fishcakes.
