The ever so popular crayfish party organized by the Finnish Institute in Japan will be held November 12th at 18:00 at the Metsä Pavilion as a part of the Finnish-Swedish week! Come and join us for crayfish, song and fun!The crayfish party on the 12th of November at 18:00 at the Metsä Pavilion (located at the Embassy of Finland compound). The entrance fee is 3000 JPY per person and should be paid in advance when registering. Once you register, a refund is not possible even if you are unable to attend the event. One person can register up to two people. Please note that alcohol will be served at the event and we can therefore not accomodate participants under the age of 20. If you have any allergies, please write them in the comment box. ATTENTION: there is no waiting list for the event. However, if there is a cancellation, the ticket sale will re-open. The event is subject to change depending on the COVID-19 situation. As a precaution to prevent the spread of the coronavirus there will be temperature check at the entrance, hand sanitizer, as well as continuous ventilation of the venue. Kindly wear a facemask at all times. Please refrain from coming to the event if you feel sick.
